COVID-19 UPDATE FROM ERGON

Security of supply is a core value within Ergon Refining & Marketing, and our team remains committed to serving our customers with the highest level of customer service and supply security in the midst of the evolving impact of the COVID-19 virus.

We have implemented measures across our global organization to protect employees from exposure and to provide for sustainable operations to protect against supply disruptions.

We have implemented remote working and safe-distancing plans for all supply chain functions within our company, and we are working closely with all our partners in logistics and terminaling across the globe in order to understand and align with their operations continuity plans during this time.

Our partners have implemented contingency and continuity plans similar to Ergon's, including limiting onsite interactions with essential employees, increasing sanitation of work areas, practicing safe-distancing between employees, and various other means to provide increased protection of their workforce and customers.

In addition to these efforts, our global business partners are striving to ensure that full operational capability remains intact. Ergon also has multiple alternate supply plans with the ability to supply our customers in the event of a shortage at another location.

As of this time, our supply chain has not experienced any disruption. Our leadership team is closely monitoring the information related to the virus, as well as any changes affecting any of our global partners, to ensure that we are well-positioned to continue supporting your business.
