Process Oils, Inc. Becomes Part of Ergon Family of Companies

Jackson, Miss. - Ergon, Inc., (Ergon) has announced the acquisition of Process Oils, Inc., (Process Oils) was finalized July 1, 2015. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Process Oils, based in Sugar Land, TX, has been a family-owned company since 1979, and is a trusted provider of specialty products to both the US and Mexico markets. This acquisition further exemplifies Ergon's commitment to being a global leader in the refining and marketing of specialty oil products.

General operations will remain unchanged and Process Oils will continue to offer the same portfolio of product solutions as in the past.
