Ergon Elevates Busbea

Jackson, MS -- December 15, 2009 -- Ergon Inc., announced today the appointment of Craig Busbea as Vice President, Petroleum Specialties Marketing Division for North and South America.

Craig brings 23 years of experience in the refining industry to the position and has been a key member of the Ergon team for all 23 years.  Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Arkansas. Craig began his career with an Ergon affiliate, Lion Oil Company, in 1987 and transferred to Ergon headquarters in Jackson in 1997.  He has served in process engineering, project management, refinery economics, planning, and business development functions. Craig is Ergon's representative on the NPRA Lubes and Waxes Committee.

Ergon’s Petroleum Specialties Marketing Division is an operating division of Ergon, Inc., for process, base, and electrical oils produced at the company’s two lube refineries. Ergon Refining, Inc., located in Vicksburg, Mississippi, is one of the world's largest naphthenic refineries. Ergon - West Virginia, Inc., a paraffinic lubes refinery, is in Newell, West Virginia.  Among all U. S. refiners, Ergon has the third largest total lube capacity.
